Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain current course schedule and outlines; prepares lecture/lab and class materials
* Inform students about course requirements, evaluation procedures and attendance policies
* Monitor, evaluate, and document student attendance, progress and competency attainment; submits related reports as required
* Maintain daily student records
* Prepare and grade class tests, assignments and examination as required
* Maintain lab areas making certain that all areas are in working condition
* Instruct students using lectures, demonstrations, laboratory experiments, discussion groups, lab sessions and seminars
*Advise students on program curricula and career decisions

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years working experience in quality control or R & D laboratory
B. Sc. or higher
Knowledge of classical chemistry and regulatory guidelines
Good working knowledge of current GMP and GLP
Ability to work in a team environment
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years working experience in QA position
B. Sc. or higher
Knowledge of QA and regulatory guidelines
Good working knowledge of current GMP, ICH and FDA regulation
Ability to work in a team environment
Instructor – Instructor – HACCP
Weekend (Part time)
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognized food safety system that is used to help ensure the manufacture of safe food products. HACCP is designed to prevent, reduce or eliminate potential biological, chemical and physical food safety hazards, including those caused by cross-contamination.
During the development of a HACCP system, potential hazards are identified and control measures are implemented at specific points in the manufacturing process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years working experience in HACCP position
B. Sc. or higher
Knowledge of HACCP and regulatory guidelines
Good working knowledge of current GMP and Canadian Food Inspection Agency
Ability to work in a team environment
